Eagle Leader Certification

Once a youth leader has demonstrated effective implementation of JFYM and a desire to multiply JFYM with other youth leaders, then he/she applies to become an Eagle Leader. After the application is approved, he/she is invited to participate in an Eagle Leader Certification.

Discuss heart issues relating to personal, family, and ministry needs
Design each person’s unique approach to mentoring other youth leaders
Envision how personal ownership will help multiply Jesus-Focused Youth Ministry
