PURPOSE: Reach Out can EQUIP you and your entire younger generation ministry team--pastor, youth pastor, children’s minister, volunteers, parent leaders, student leaders-- in Jesus-Focused Youth Ministry. You will refocus on Jesus' simple approach to life and ministry, and then implement your unique Plan of Action for the younger generation in your church and community.

PROCESS: Based on a one day schedule, you and your younger generation ministry team will take a fresh look at six elements of Jesus' life and ministry, and discover how they work in your personal lives and the ministry.

• Create Outreach Opportunities

MATERIAL: Jesus-Focused Youth Ministry Notebook Each person who attends the training will receive a Jesus-Focused Youth Ministry notebook as part of their cost.

RESULT: Leaders will design their own personal Plan of Action for each element discussed that will dramatically increase their influence on kids.
